The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is mother-in-law of deceased and she has falsely been implicated in this case because she happens to be in relation of the husband of the deceased. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65258 of 2021(2) dt.13-07-2022 2/2 have been acquitted of all the charges by learned Court below as gets reflected from Annexure-3 of the petition. The informant has subsequently retracted from the initial version.

Considering the fact that by order dated 11.01.2019 passed vide Cr. Misc. No. 992 of 2019, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail has already been rejected by a coordinate Bench of this Court, this Court is not inclined to take a different view in the matter. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner stands rejected.

Let learned Court below consider the regular bail of the petitioner, keeping in view the facts stated above, in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court, if she surrenders within a period of four weeks from today and pray for bail. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Shageer/- U T
