In view of the aforesaid submission, petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in this petition within course of the day and similarly, in title cause of order dated 23.08.2017, in address of the petitioner District Samastipur be

Patna High Court CWJC No.3627 of 2015 (4) dt.20-09-2017 2/2 read in place of District Sitamarhi.

Accordingly, order dated 23.08.2017 stands modified to the above stated extent.
