In compliance of order dated 13.04.2023 counter affidavit has been filed. Mr. Vineet Kumar, Superintendent of

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1281 of 2022 dt.24-04-2023 2/3 Police, Rohtas, Mr. Subhang Mishra, S.D.P.O., Dehri and Mr. Jitendra Yadav, S.H.O., Nauhatta P.S. have appeared in person. Superintendent of Police, Rohtas assured that from future he shall personally take care on such type of matters and review periodically relating to every police station in physical mode as well as in electronic mode. Superintendent of Police also submits through his counsel that the S.H.O., Nauhatta P.S. is newly recruited official and he seeks apology on behalf of his subordinate that in future such type of mistake shall not take place.

Upon going through the counter affidavit the Court is satisfied and exempt the personal appearance of all the officials in this case.

S.H.O. Nauhatta P.S. is directed to take this matter personally particularly when there is a protection order passed by Hon'ble Court.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the officials may be directed to file his F.I.R. particularly relating to cognizable cases.

It goes without saying that officials shall take care of those situations and shall handle the law and order problem in accordance with law.
