The petitioner seeks bail in Dulhin Bazar P. S. Case No. 202 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the written report it is alleged by the informant that two trucks were seized during vehicle checking and were brought to the police station. The trucks were parked on the road outside the police station due to non availability of space in the police station. Petitioner, who was driver of the truck bearing registration no. JH-05U-2139 fled away with truck. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that aforesaid truck was taken by the petitioner after proper release order after depositing the amount of fine.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM-III, Danapur, in connection with Dulhin Bazar P. S. Case No. 202 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
