The petitioner claims himself owner of the land who donated the same to the State of Bihar for construction of buildings of Prathmik Vidyalay Maheshleta Mushahri in the Dist. of Lakhisarai. He prays that the school should be named after him

This Court gets an impression that the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the present writ petition. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
