JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 411, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he has cheated the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has got no criminal antecedent. He has falsely been implicated in the present case. The matter relates to sale and purchase of land. The issues involved are of civil nature. The matter has been compromised vide Annexure-4 to the present application. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his/her arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
