Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 160 of 2016 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner had earlier moved this Court for grant of bail which was rejected vide order dated 13.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51317 of 2016 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge has been framed in the case on 01.03.2017. Learned counsel has annexed copy of the order framing the charge with the application.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15317 of 2017 (2) dt.29-03-2017 2/2 the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Vth, Supaul, in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 160 of 2016.
