JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-12-2025 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 22.03.2024, passed in CWJC No.4625 of 2024, though the petitioner has been promoted on the post of Deputy Superintendent of Police, vide order dated 30th September, 2025, however the consequential benefits by way of arrears of salary is yet to be paid, hence the opposite parties be directed to do the needful in this regard.

2. The learned Senior Counsel for the opposite parties

Patna High Court MJC No.2612 of 2024(4) dt.05-12-2025 2/2 submits that the aforesaid aspect of the matter shall be examined within a period of four weeks from today and if any amount is outstanding for payment on the head of consequential benefits, as aforesaid, the same would definitely be paid within the same time frame and the Director General of Police, Bihar, Patna shall ensure compliance of this aspect of the matter.

3. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off.
