The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No. 125 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 379, 511, 420, 120(B), 411, 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the petitioner was granted bail vide order dated 15.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 76658 of 2018, but the order granting bail was recalled vide order dated 13.03.2019 noticing the wrong statement of criminal antecedent. Thereafter the petitioner has remained in custody for nearly six months. Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand thousand) with two
