This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 381 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was employee of the informant. Informant, on verification of the stock, found that the petitioner had removed several clothes. There is some recovery also from the house of this petitioner. Submission of the petitioner is that the father of the petitioner is also a retailer of clothes and there is no material to substantiate that the recovered clothes were of the informant.

On the other hand, the learned counsel for the informant, strongly, opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that the recovered clothes has already been released in favour of the investigation by the learned Court below.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13321 of 2017 (3) dt.10-04-2017 2/2 Considering the entire facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sakurabad P.S. Case No. 13 of 2017 to the satisfaction of Sri Sudhir Sinha, Sub Judge, I, Jehanabad, or successor Court.
