The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No.308 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. The brother of the petitioner was killed by the mob. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been made accused only to save the accused persons.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
