JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-01-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 24.12.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 341, 419, 420, 467, 468 of the I.P.C. It is alleged that accused persons used to collect rupees five lacs from each prospective candidate for getting them employed in the railway. Subsequently the appointment was not made and co-accused Nityanand Kumar issued cheques which got bounced.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation is not specific against this petitioner and other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 25393 of 2014.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25169 of 2014 (8) dt.08-01-2015 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 142 of 2013.
