Petitioner is accused in connection with Complaint Case No. 108 C2/ 2017 instituted for the offences punishable under section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a widow lady and on the date of occurrence she had went to market to purchase fish and in the meanwhile Excise officers came and arrested her. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 04.04.2017.
