2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. Allegation against petitioners is that they assaulted informant, his wife and other persons with iron rod and lathi. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature. Case and counter case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
