JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-08-2019 The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the arrears of his salary and other admissible dues to which he is entitled has not been paid to him since 1993. Several representations before the authorities concerned have gone unheeded.
Hence the present petition.
The petitioner, under the aforesaid circumstances is directed to make a detailed representation before the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Sitamarhi (respondent No. 3), charting
Patna High Court CWJC No.16248 of 2019(2) dt.22-08-2019 2/2 out the details within a period of two weeks from today, who, on receipt of such representation shall look into the matter, verify the facts, ascertain the entitlement of the petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of ten weeks of the receipt of such representation. Needless to state that if the claim of the petitioner is found to be tenable, necessary sequel order shall be passed within the aforesaid period.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
