Petitioners seek bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 131 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections- 30(a), 37(b) of the Bihar Excise Prohibition Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been implicated in this case falsely only on suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 14.03.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the
