The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Goh P.S. case no. 31 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are alleged to have created hindrance in peace and they were the members of the mob of more than 100 persons, who raised slogan against the Government. He further submits that considering the fact that no specific overt act was alleged against the petitioners, except that they were the members of the mob of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25297 of 2018 (2) dt.25-04-2018 2/2 100 persons, who were involved in calling Bandh and raising certain slogans, the petitioners deserve anticipatory bail. Considering the aforesaid, the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Goh P.S. case no. 31 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
