(i) For necessary direction upon the respondent authorities to appoint the petitioner on the post of Block Accountant in the district of Buxar against the vacant post as the petitioner is the next candidate available in the waiting list in the unreserved category and one post in the unreserved category is vacant due to non-joining of one out of two

(ii) For holding that the respondents cannot deny appointment to the petitioner as in terms of reference for proposal circulated by the Director, BAMETI dated 11-12-2018, particularly clause-8 (Ga) thereof, the candidates from the waiting list are to be appointed in case any post remains vacant due to non-joining, resignation or any other reason."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
