Patna High Court CWJC No.12504 of 2024(14) dt.12-09-2025 2/2 22.08.2022 vide memo no. BSU(VC VKSU)- 02/2022-1410/GS (1) issued under the signature of Principal Secretary to H.E. the Chancellor whereby the respondent no.4 has been appointed as Vice-Chancellor of Veer Kunwar Singh University, Bhojpur at Ara as the respondent no.4 does not fulfill the requisite qualification prescribed under Section 10 of Bihar State Universities Act (herein after referred to as "the Act").

2. Petitioners were ex-employees of the Sher Shah College, a constituent college of Veer Kunwar Singh University. It is learnt that certain actions have been taken against the petitioners with reference to certain service condition resulted in dismissal of the petitioners from service. Therefore, they had certain grudge against the University. Resultantly, they have presented the present petition. Therefore, we have to draw inference that there is no public interest involved in the present lis among the petitioners and respondents. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
