KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in Fatuha P.S. Case No.41 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No.365/18 instituted for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the I.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused, Dinendra Kumar, has already been granted anticipatory bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.04.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.NO.24606 of 2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Savita Rani, Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Fatuha P.S. Case No.41 of 2018
