1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had earlier moved this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Criminal Miscellaneous No. 26764 of 2025. It is submitted that petitioners in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 26764 of 2025 were Sakendra Yadav @ Sakindra Yadav, Sunil Yadav and Nilam Devi (instant petitioner). It is next submitted that Criminal Miscellaneous No. 26764 of 2025 was permitted to be withdrawn on the ground that petitioners during pendency of the anticipatory bail application were arrested. It is next submitted that thereafter the petitioners filed Criminal Miscellaneous No. 47817 of 2025 seeking modification of the order dated 15.05.2025 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 26764 of 2025 on the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53560 of 2025(2) dt.01-08-2025 2/3 ground that inadvertently in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 26764 of 2025, it was submitted that all the petitioners were arrested during pendency of the said anticipatory bail application, when only Sakendra Yadav and Sunil Yadav were arrested. It is next submitted that Criminal Miscellaneous No. 47817 of 2025 was dismissed by an order dated 11.07.2025 (Annexure- P/1 series) giving liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh anticipatory bail application.
3. It is next submitted that in terms of the liberty granted to the petitioners by an order dated 11.07.2025 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 47817 of 2025, the instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by the petitioner, Neelam Devi.
4. It is next submitted that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman and is alleged to have assaulted by an iron rod on the right hand of informant causing injury. It is next submitted that entire family members have been implicated and even presuming what has been alleged against the petitioner to be true without admitting then petitioner is not alleged to have assaulted on vital part of the body.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also taking into consideration the fact that petitioner is a woman with clean antecedent, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 458 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of BNSS.
