In the nature of relief prayed in the writ application, the petitioner is permitted to file appropriate application under Section 48 of the Bihar Co-operative Societies Act, 1935 before the Registrar, Co-operative Societies.

In case such an application is preferred within one week from today, the Registrar, Co-operative Societies shall fix an early date of hearing and will dispose of the same, if possible, within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the application.
