22-06-2016 Today again, on call, a prayer is being made on behalf of petitioners, in presence of learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 10, for adjourning the case for a week on the personal ground of learned counsel for petitioners.

The present writ petition was filed in the year 2011. Thereafter, on all the dates, whenever the case was taken up on one plea or the other, the case was got adjourned, as per the instance of petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for adjournment stands refused.
