This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(A) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

From the possession of the petitioner 23 liters of liquor was recovered. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 12.02.2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, on completion of three months of custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18383 of 2017 (2) dt.24-04-2017 2/2 Mirganj P.S. Case No. 36 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XVI, Gopalganj, or successor Court.
