Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

The petitioners were apprehended on a vehicle carrying liquor.

The petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail, on completion of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18422 of 2017 (2) dt.24-04-2017 2/2 three months of custody, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada/successor Court in connection with Roh Police Station Case No. 11 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
