2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307/379/504/506/34 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, specific allegation of assault is against co-accused Rakesh Yadav and there is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners. Moreover, parties are agnate and have subsisting partition dispute between them. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of all the petitioners is allowed. In the event of
