JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-08-2017 On call, a prayer for adjournment has been made on the ground of non-availability of the counsel for the petitioner. Previously on 03.12.2015, 21.12.2015, 13.01.2016, 06.04.2016, 20.06.2016 and 22.02.2017, when the matter was called out, prayer for adjournment was made by the counsel for the petitioner on one ground or the other. Last time on 22.02.2017
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.161 of 2015 (13) dt.02-08-2017 2/2 when the matter was taken up, adjournment was sought for on the ground that the senior counsel engaged in the case is not available. It appears that the counsel for the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.
In that view of the matter, the prayer for adjournment of the case is refused as enough time has already been granted to the petitioner to be ready and argue the case.
As the counsel present before the Court has refused to argue the matter, the application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
