JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 92 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under sections 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsels appearing for the petitioner submits that in this case charge has been framed on 05.08. 2017. Petitioner is in custody since 05.02.2016.

From the report of the Court below which is at Flag-Y it appears that charge has been framed.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,
