JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-09-2022 Though the present petition has been brought under the heading "For Orders (on Office Notes)", however, since the present petition pertains to restoration of a writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. no. 3601 of 2018, which has stood dismissed for want of prosecution, this Court deems it fit and appropriate to ignore

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that on account of inadvertence, the learned counsel for the petitioners could not appear before this Court when the aforesaid writ petition was called out for hearing, hence the said omission be condoned and the writ petition be restored to its original file.
Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners as also considering the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and appropriate to direct for restoration of the aforesaid writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. no. 3601 of 2018, to its original file. The present petition stands allowed.
