The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 120(B) and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26(i)(ii)/35 of the Arms Act, registered in connection with Rajapakar P.S.Case No. 160 of 2018.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that some accused persons were apprehended with some arms and ammunition and one of the co-accused, namely, Munna in his confessional statement named the present petitioner. Except the confessional statement of co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner and he is a person of clean antecedent.

No.56300 of 2022(2) dt.07-02-2023 2/2 Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Rajapakar P.S.Case No. 160 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
