JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 18-09-2019 Earlier petitioner was granted provisional bail vide order dated 20.12.2018 with a condition that the petitioner shall collect the entire certificate and other documents. For verification of the certificate of employed Teachers. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that the petitioner has collected the entire certificate and other documents for verification but after expiry of three months and as such the Court below has not made the provisional bail absolute.

Considering the fact that now the petitioner has complied the direction issued by this Court as one of the condition for grant of provisional bail, the court is inclined to make the provisional bail to the petitioner as absolute.

Case No. 180 of 2018.
