The petitioner seeks bail in Aurangabad (M) P.S. Case No. 26/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. The petitioner was apprehended while carrying 200 pouches each containing 200 ml of country-made liquor. It appears that 40 litres of country-made liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 05.03.2017. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about 02 months Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
