Mr.Binod Kumar, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 25-01-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Simri Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.99 of 2021 instituted under Sections 147,148,149,341,323,325,307,324 and 504 of the IPC.
As per the prosecution story, allegation against the accused persons are of having armed variously they attacked and injured number of persons on the informant's side. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that omnibus allegation is against them although he conceded that they do have criminal antecedent but further submits that considering the aforesaid fact they deserve anticipatory bail.

No.59113 of 2022(3) dt.25-01-2023 2/2 Learned APP for the State on the other hand submits that not only they have criminal antecedent, they mercilessly assaulted the informant's side and there are seven persons as the informant's side who were injured and some of the injuries have been found to be grievous in nature.
Considering the aforesaid submission put forward by the learned counsel for the State, this Court is not inclined to extend them privilege of anticipatory bail, which is accordingly rejected.
