Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 10.04.2015 with allegation that he committed murder of his stepbrother. There is no eye witness to the occurrence rather suspicion is there against the petitioner, which would be evident from the case diary. Considering the aforesaid facts specially the period already undergone by the petitioner and the fact that the investigation is complete and no purpose would be served by further detention of the petitioner, let petitioner, above named, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10350 of 2017 (3) dt.25-04-2017 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-III, Madhepura/Successor Court, in connection with Kumarkhand (Bhatani O.P.) P.S. Case No.48 of 2015, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner in this case.
