The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No. 20 of 2021 arising out of Baisi P.S. Case No.41 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 376 and 341/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

From Annexure-2 it appears that the victim is major and she has made false statement that she is uneducated. This creates doubt on the prosecution case.

Considering the aforesaid fact, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
