03-04-2015 After some argument, Sri Uma Kant Shukla, learned counsel for petitioners, in presence of learned A.C. to Standing Counsel - 20, makes a prayer for disposal of the writ petition so that the petitioner may approach the competent authority regarding the grievance raised in the present writ petition and file appropriate representation.

The petition stands disposed of with liberty to file appropriate representation before the authority concerned. If such representation is filed within a period of eight weeks from today, the Court expects that the concerned authority may examine the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, preferably; within a period of three months from the date of filing
