Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27/25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. From the possession of this petitioner, a country made pistol and empty cartridges were recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 09.12.2015.
