Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 406, 498A, 313 and 312 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is the husband of the opposite party no.
2. Allegation is of demand of dowry and torture for the same. Petitioner is ready for reconciliation and is in custody since 28.12.2016.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20576 of 2017 (2) dt.02-05-2017 2/2 Judicial Magistrate-1st, Araria/successor Court in connection with Jogbani (Bathnaha) Police Station Case No. 157 of 2016. The learned court below shall endeavour to reconcile the parties. If the petitioner would be found cooperative in the reconciliation proceeding, the provisional bail shall be confirmed.
