2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in Fatuha P.S. Case No. 202 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section-366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that the informant's minor daughter namely, Anjali Kumari was kidnapped by the petitioner.
4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the victim did not support the prosecution case in the statement recorded under Section 161 of Cr.P.C and in her statement recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C also, she had stated that she went with the petitioner to Delhi. The petitioner is under incarceration since 05.04.2024.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Patna City, Patna in connection with Fatuha P.S.
