In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 49 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the present case, the petitioner is claiming that he is the brother of the owner of the showroom. The complainant has taken Rota Bettor and asked to pay money after sometime. Later on, he gave a cheque which was submitted in the bank for clearance but, the same got dishonored and, for that, the petitioner has filed a criminal case against the Informant. As a counter blast, the present case has been filed for cheating.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
