2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections-96 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. According to the allegation, at the instance of Avinash Singh, this petitioner kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the informant and accused persons are relatives. The main allegation of solemnizing marriage with daughter of the informant is against co-accused Avinash Singh and not against
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54120 of 2025(2) dt.12-08-2025 2/2 the petitioner. The petitioner is under custody since 10-03-2025. Learned counsel has further submitted that when the informant perceived the real fact, she compromised the case. The compromise petition duly signed by the informant and the victim as well as the petitioner has been annexed with the record.
5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Gaya in connection with Aanti P.S. Case No. 34 of 2025.
