In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 115 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner had earlier moved before this Court with a prayer for bail in Cr. Misc. No. 27223 of 2016 and this Court, vide order dated 15.7.2016, rejected the same with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after one year of his judicial custody. The petitioner is in custody since 16.04.2016. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21959 of 2017 (2) dt.03-05-2017 as also the period of custody, let the petitioner, namely, Paramjeet Narayan Patel @ Premjeet Narayan Patel, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 115 of 2016.
