The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 324 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 379, 494, 498(A), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The Principal Judge, Family Court has passed an order granting maintenance in the year 2021. The petitioner has not disclosed this fact in this Court and thereafter interim order of protection was granted to the petitioner vide order dated 04.02.2022.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 that till date no maintenance amount has

In the opinion of this Court, the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
