JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-11-2017 The petitioners in the present writ application has sought for direction upon the respondents for payment of his salary of the working period and further for issuance of direction to the respondents to pay the salary of the working period of petitioners with interest @ 18% per annum to till date and further to give other legal consequential benefit attached to the post. The petitioners are directed to file a representation before the Respondent no.3 i.e. Vice Chancellor of B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur, within a period of three months. The respondent no.3 shall dispose of the representation
