2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious physical possession of the petitioner rather 22.5 liters of country made Nepali liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner which is joint family property. Petitioner has one criminal antecedent of similar nature as mentioned in para-3 of this application.

4. However, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the recovery has been made from the house of the petitioner and even having one criminal antecedent of similar nature of offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, her prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 133 of 2024. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) devendra/- U T
