The petitioner seeks bail in Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 113/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. 24 litres of country-made liquor made of Mahua is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 14.03.2017. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 113/2017.
