Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 16, 18 and 20 of the U.P.A. Act, 1967.

The petitioner and others were apprehended on suspicion that they were going to join the referred extremist party. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid suspicion against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram/successor Court in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20545 of 2017 (2) dt.02-05-2017 2/2 connection with Sasaram (Tilouthu) Police Station Case No. 188 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
