The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 07.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5483 of 2018 by which the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 40 of 2017, pending in the court of learned C.J.M. East Champaran, Motihari. The petitioners were directed to surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order dated 07.02.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29737 of 2018 (2) dt.18-05-2018 2/2 some unavoidable reason, the petitioners could not surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below in time. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for further six weeks' time so that the petitioners could surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, six weeks' further time is granted to the petitioners to surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below.

The order dated 07.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5483 of 2018 is modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is allowed.
