Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379/34 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is of theft of tractor by unknown person. The petitioner and others are under suspicion. On the same day, the tractor was recovered from near a petrol pump in abandoned condition.
Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
