The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S. Case No. 741 of 2017 registered under Sections 419, 420, 468 and 471 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26366 of 2018 (2) dt.04-05-2018 Considering the allegation made in the first information report that in place of petitioner, one Pankaj Kumar appeared in the written examination held for recruitment of constable on the basis of forged identity card, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.
